I am a long-term volunteer from Thailand in TransitionHaus. As I always motivated to cook and have been cooking for TransitionHaus for fews time I experience and believe that food always connects people so why not sharing food culture?

I believe that many people have hear about ‘Thai green curry’ which is one of the famous Thai traditional dish from Thailand and I would love to present how to make home ‘Thai green curry paste’ as an exchange a food culture from my home country.

Moreover in this workshop you will learn how to cook  ‘Green curry paste’ not only in a traditional Thai way but also in a different way to adapt with what you maybe already in your kitchen.
